What YouLMK keeps, for how long, where it lives, and the two things you can always do: take a copy, or delete everything.

With the notification, exactly as sent, encrypted at rest.
Keys and tokens
The URL key as is; the bearer token hashed. A rotated pair answers for 24 hours, then is gone.
Watch checks
The last 20 per watch, 30 days.
Held sends
7 days under Not delivered, then gone.

Where

Everything is stored in the United States. Payloads are encrypted at rest; tokens and secrets are stored hashed and shown once. The parser that reads a watch sentence sees the sentence and one fetch of the target, nothing from your inbox. The full list of processors is in the privacy policy.

Export

From the account screen, one JSON file with the account, every source, watch, notification and destination, payloads intact and keys left out. It is built when the link is opened and the link works for 24 hours. Up to five exports a day.

Deletion

Type DELETE on the account screen and the keys answer 410 at once, the watches stop, and the subscription is cancelled. A confirmation email carries an undo link that works for 24 hours; after that the account is purged, and backups within 30 days. Deleting is in the app on every platform, never a request to support.
