Arguments
notify
title, body?, priority?, url?, actions?. Lands in your inbox as this source, with this source's Reach and rules.
watch
sentence. Creates the watch you would otherwise have typed, e.g. "tell me when the build at example.com/… finishes". Counted against your watch limit; allowed during the trial within the 3-watch limit.

What the agent should know

Tell it to notify you only when a long task finishes or when it needs a decision from you. Priority critical is for things you would want to be woken for; whether that is allowed stays with you, per source.

The same bearer token works as an Authorization header on the plain HTTP API, so an agent without MCP support can still send with one request.
